In the humid climate of Florida, he constantly struggled to keep his spices fresh. While bags and containers offered a solution, the repeated effort of sealing and unsealing them was undeniably an aggravation. He imagined how much simpler and more enjoyable cooking could be if fresh, ready-to-use spices were always within reach. It was then that he was inspired to develop EverFresh Cabinets!
